Keep originals when required
Uploading a copy to MyPetsFiles does not necessarily replace an original document that an agency, veterinarian, landlord, airline or other organization may require.
Check expiration dates
Licenses, vaccinations and other records may expire. Digital storage does not make an expired document current.

Avoid making sensitive documents public unless there is a clear reason and the sharing controls are appropriate.
